    We are an online store so currently only shipping is available.
  • What is the starting price for shirt printing?
    Shirt pricing is based on the design, color, quantity, & size. One shirt starts at $35. Finlal pricing determiend based off of the above factors. The more you order, the cheaper the price is per shirt
  • Is their a minimum order?
    There is no minimum order. You can simply order just 1 shirt or 100 shirts. The more shirts you order, the cheaper the price is per shirt.
  • Can we bring our own shirts?
    We provide the garments you need. Just let us know what you're looking for.
  • Do we have to pay a image set up fee every time we place an order?
    No, image set up is a one time fee for that design. If you want a new design printed, there will be a new fee.
  • Can we DM or text our orders?
    No! Orders must be placed online or via email ONLY! Also, No additional info can be texted or DM after order is placed.
  • Can you edit work from another designer?
    No, we do not edit other designers work. We can recreate a design that can possibly be similar.
  • What is the turnaround time for shirts?
    Turn around time for 6 pieces or more is 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Under 6 is 1 BUSINESS WEEK.
  • Do you offer same day service?
    Same day services are not offered. However, orders can be expedited.
  • Are you open today?
    You are able to shop our online store & email us 24 hours, 7 days a week. info@smcreativestore.com You can reach us by phone Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm at 888-348-8958
  • What is the turn around time for designs?
    Design turnaround time is 48-72 business hours.
  • Do I need to call after I send an email or order online?
    No! No calls/messages are needed. We get notifications for every order. Allow us time to respond and allow us the quoted time to deliver.
  • How will I know when my order is ready?
    You will receive a email upon completion with tracking information. Multiple calls/messages for order status is not necessary. If we are past the quoted turnaround time, you may reach out if we have not given you an update.
  • Can I use the package20 code on the same product?
    Yes, for example, you want to order 4 sets of business cards, the code can be used for that.
  • Can I use the package20 code on my order if I have shirts as one of my 4 or more products?
    Yes, shirts can be one of your 4 or more products for the code to be used. You cannot use it for shirts only or hoodies only. There are separate order instructions for shirts and hoodies of 4 or more.
